THE SHORT ANSWER
Yes. We can use your AI image as a visual reference to plan the silhouette, pattern, fabrics, embroidery and accessories. We then develop a physical sample for your approval. A single image may not show the back, side, dimensions or hidden construction, so we resolve those details with you before production.
We manufacture stuffed animals, brand mascots, plush keychains, plush pillows and selected AI-enabled plush programs.
FROM IMAGE TO FACTORY SAMPLE
We identify the character features that define the design and flag details that need another view or a construction decision.
We agree on size, fabrics, colors, embroidery, accessories, quantity and target market before quoting and pattern work.
A first physical sample normally takes 7–10 days after design details and sample payment are confirmed. Revisions are reviewed against the approved brief.
The approved sample becomes the reference for materials, workmanship and inspection. Bulk production normally takes 30–35 days after approval and deposit, subject to complexity and volume.
KEY DECISIONS
You should have permission to use the artwork and any referenced character, logo or brand elements. We cannot determine copyright ownership from an image alone. Confirm your rights before sampling or commercial production, especially if the design resembles an existing character.
Standard non-chip custom plush projects start from 500 pieces. Chip-enabled, smart and AI plush projects can start from 100 pieces, depending on the specification. We confirm the applicable MOQ in the quotation.
Not always. Perspective, fur direction, tiny shapes and effects in digital art may not translate directly to fabric and stitching. We propose practical alternatives and ask you to approve the physical sample before bulk production.
Yes. Tell us the destination market and intended age group early. We can plan construction around applicable requirements and coordinate agreed third-party testing for the finished product.
