What is your MOQ?
Chip-enabled and AI plush projects can start from 100 pieces. Standard non-chip plush projects start from 1,000 pieces.
What artwork formats do you accept?
We can begin with a sketch, reference photo, character sheet, AI/PDF/PNG/JPG artwork, or an existing physical sample.
How long does sampling take?
A first physical sample normally takes 7–10 days after the design and construction details are confirmed.
How long is bulk production?
Bulk production normally takes 30–35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on quantity and complexity.
Do your products meet safety standards?
We work to the testing and compliance requirements of your target market, with ISO 9001 quality management and amfori BSCI social compliance.
What are your payment and delivery options?
Terms and shipping options are confirmed with the quotation. We can support common international freight and delivery arrangements.
