What is the MOQ for custom plush?
Chip-enabled, smart and AI plush projects can start from 100 pieces. Standard non-chip plush projects start from 1,000 pieces.
What do I need to request a quote?
Send the product type, target size, expected quantity, destination market and any artwork, sketch or reference images available.
Can you make a plush from only a drawing?
Yes. We can begin from a hand sketch, character sheet, logo, reference image or physical sample and translate it into a production pattern.
How long does a sample take?
A first physical sample normally takes 7–10 days after the construction details and sample payment are confirmed.
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production normally takes 30–35 days after approval and deposit. Complex products or very large quantities may require additional time.
Can you match brand colors?
Yes. We select the closest available fabric or arrange custom dyeing where the quantity and material support it. Final color is confirmed through samples.
Can you support safety testing?
Yes. Requirements depend on product design and destination market. We can coordinate agreed third-party testing for standards such as EN71, ASTM F963 and CPSIA.
What packaging can you provide?
Options include polybags, hangtags, backing cards, display boxes, gift boxes and shipping cartons. Packaging is quoted according to the final specification.
Can you manufacture chip-enabled or AI plush?
Yes. We can integrate approved voice, speaker, button, NFC and hardware components into a custom plush construction. Chip-enabled projects can start from 100 pieces.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can support common international freight and delivery arrangements. The best option depends on order size, destination, deadline and delivery terms.
